A Wobble Board is what I recomend to my clients that need to improve ankle stability, mobility and improve balance. This is also a great way to train and develop opposing movement of the upper and lower body.

Resistance Bands are some of the easiest, affordable and versatile aids to build or maintain fitness. Using these bands makes it easy to replicate, and strengthen the movements of a golf swing.

Foam Rollers are great tools to help work out tight muscles and massage hard-to-get areas. Also, the half roller is great to develop better balance and swing technique.

A Massage Stick (Google, The Stick) is useful in warming up muscles, but I find them most useful after a workout or round of golf, it helps to help flush toxins and lactic that can build up in muscle tissue. This tool is also great for working with those tight Hamstring muscles and tendons.

Plantarfasciitis? The one product that worked best for me was the Plantar FXT. There are many flexion boots on the market, but I found this one to be affordable, effective and comfortable to wear while sleeping.
